The homeowners hired Mary Jo at the right time as they were finalizing details with their builder. The couple was so thankful for her design direction right off the bat. She helped to make the design decisions and selected the kitchen backsplash, light fixtures and floor plans. This was a crucial time to help alleviate unneeded purchases from the builder and to help save on costly mistakes.

The wife’s aesthetic includes a traditional design with lots of color, while the husband likes a contemporary style with neutral tones. Mary Jo combined both styles to create a harmonious home.

The kitchen highlight’s Mary Jo’s knack for specific details like the backsplash tile, furniture selection for the barstools, light fixtures and paint color.

The great room encompasses the homeowner’s love for a rich elegant feeling. Mary Jo hand selected the crystals, Amethyst geode and other décor so the family could continue to display their heritage and family background. The television bracket lowers and swivels so the view from the sofa is ergonomic.

Both the dining room and keeping room have hand selected light fixtures, drapery, and furnishings. The goal was to combine both styles of neutral and color to create elegant living spaces.
